Oxo Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Well that is enough to get it ripped out. Not worked from install = not fit for purpose.
Paddy007 Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Wish full thinking really, I think I just have to keep going back and reboot controllers to get them back communicating with eachother.
Oxo Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Put that CQR SMS switch controller on it and a relay. (GD04). Then just text it to power cycle the units and charge a call out
Cubit Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Agreed, but unfortunitly that isnt an option. Apparently it hasnt worked since installed so what do they expect me to do??? followd by Out of interest, what version controller and when was system installed? Used to come across this problem years ago, seems nothings changed.

jb-eye Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Hard to use? Swipe 3 times to arm, 1 to disarm. What's hard about that? 3 times??? AREAS? Definitions: ARITECH= Engineer: dream! User: NIGHTMARE!!!! Customers!
matthew.brough Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 3 times??? AREAS? Definitions: ARITECH= Engineer: dream! User: NIGHTMARE!!!! I see. When using areas, we use separate RASs to avoid the issue. Agreed if using a single RAS for multiple areas its a but much for the end user. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
