afaik it not 'waste' unless you deem it as such? ie batteries need to go back to the office for testing before than can be deemed waste.

Thats what we ran with, same for old equipment.

As a rule its all put in the kit bag and left on site, just bats we take.

if you have staff they have an amazing ability to bring back ****,

IHO if your ever stopped by the police you get out of the vehicle & lock it,

you can commercial but you cant domestic. My concern here is cardboard. I will be finding out.

define waste ?

are your old controls waste even though their your property ?

a cardboard made be waste or IMHO is quite suitable for storage or packing items to send in the mail.

I charge £2.00 per job to remove all waste from installed equipment,

All goes in our large trade waste bin, which is then collected by Stoke council every Thursday

Got all the waste transfer and carrier docs to support it

Only a small amount, But it covers the cost of the trade waste fees

I think if pushed it would be very hard for them to prove, its hard to say what we bring back is waste. Even cardboard, you may want the boxes for something?

Why?

It`s waste.

Adjective

(of
a material, substance, or by-product) Eliminated or discarded as no
longer useful or required after the completion of a process.

Fairly straight forward.

Don`t get upset :-
