Variable Speed Limit Signs Not Legal

Ima gonna guess the purpose, and imo its worked, of the m25 cams is accident avoidance. The m25 used to judder to a screeching halt, randomly, but regularly thoughout any journey during rush hour. That doesnt happen anywhere near as often these days

Not that im a speed camera luvver, i try and keep up with JW normally, but a success imo

A large stretch of the M62 is going to be run under the same scheme. Currently Specs camera's for about 20 miles. Thing as never run so smooth in years.

They cocked up years ago the M62 should never have been linked up with the M60.

Needs a multi-carriage effort on that bit, like Sale/Altrincham junctions IMO.

That would stop most of the numpties you stated above.

The variable speed cameras are only active while the signs are lit BTW

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

I indicated that earlier with "our" testing on the M25.

Just look up the top speed of a Kawasaki ZX9.

Wrooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I thought you said after midnight Paul, I bet that bike goes too fast for the camera to catch it.

Yeah sorry , I did but thinking back it was before midnight. And in a pickup that time.

I think top gear did a test once you need a top speed of 171mph to beat one.

A  ZX9 will do 174 or there about.

The point being it was below the camera threshold :D

Now a particular SP1 is geared to pull 204, and the stock Suzuki Hayabusa did 205 from the  showroom, but they detuned it a tad after.

Actually, it was supposed to make that, but they did with some remapping.  196 ish was the factory specs. To keep this correct.
