ajwhite7 Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Hi, I'm new to the site, so not sure if anyone will be able to help, but here goes! We have recently moved into a house with an SL Compact alarm fitted. The previous owner neglected to leave the code, so we haven't being using it, but a recent power out has caused the alarm to keep going off unless we flick the fuse switch. I was wondering if there is a way to reset the alarm so we can enter our own code or is it a case of ringing an engineer to service it? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Adam
james.wilson Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Id advise a full service if it hasn't been checked for a while. Plus it obviously has a fault so that needs rectifying anyway securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
matthew.brough Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Like he says seems there is more to it than just a code change and worth investing an engineer to take a look at the faults and he can change the codes for you at the same time. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
