You had many problems with HKC's James? We are currently replacing all v1.0 pirs because apparently they dont go to sleep when the panel tells them so are all suffering battery faults after 18 months



Bit strange not being reset though over that time period???

One site has 24 hr doors and is only set once a year. door opened, alarm silenced but not reset, another door opened=confirmed alarm, I got round it by setting pin5 to a custom output of 2nd Alarm AND system set but not ideal.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

no but we were not using wireless to start with. Thanks for the heads up. When was thus fixed?
