Oxo Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Only ever been in 3- 4 jobs, current one 14 years without a day off sick, you? About the same in 30 yrs if you count working for the same ones twice. ( Those that need to know - know). Day of sick , yes had a few as you all know. Current term is as normal for me and early or extra if asked. ( Hit all attendance targets and bonuses for them). I assume you are office based? Not many days can be claimed off for a spilt coffee can they? Out on site in that lower atmosphere it is a little different. So we are both conciencious. What was the point again?
james.wilson Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 The point. Normans better than you securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
norman Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Regardless of where based you are just as likely to be ill. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Oxo Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 The point. Normans better than you Doubt it. Try going in on a broken leg and training apprentises.
norman Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 That's your opinion James. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Oxo Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Regardless of where based you are just as likely to be ill. Nope, that is a stock H&S pile of sh1te answer. More risk on site and visiting homes and facilities. No doubt your clever Steve, but infallable. Irriplaceable? Bad typo, not correcting, letting u kno /i kno
norman Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Lol Never view myself as clever. Only to look on forums like this and there are some clever people on here. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

Oxo Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 That's your opinion James. It is. He has seen me, rescue a job. Not to his taste, but the materials supplied were utilised and done correctly. Another, the same. Customer totally satisified. One fail, something we should never have done anyway. I have never seen your work and thus cannot comment.
Oxo Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Lol Never view myself as clever. Only to look on forums like this and there are some clever people on here. Then you underestimate your own abilities, otherwise you would not be a moderator on here for a start and trusted by James. So I believe the above to be a little porky. We either have confidence and the ability to back it up or are soon exposed. And that is from someone on a little "trial" as I type. Actually I think I have to do a lot more to convince in my current situation. I hope I am doing well, the figures for time and cost V revenue will I am sure be the decider. And I am certain they will be in my favour, from the works, rectifications and knowledge I can and have supplied. Of course a new working methology has to have been embraced, we all know each company has their own methods and administration, so have to adapt. Now it is down to others to decide. I know whatever I can hold my head high.
