PeterJames Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 There are no hard and fast rules on employing ex crims, the screening is there to make sure the employer knows, but not necasarily to deter from employing ex criminals. For instance a 21 year old that got caught shop lifting when he was 16 is not nes a risk, especially if he has clean record since. We are all entitled to make mistakes life is not a rehearsal
