sjsturner Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Only thing we have fitted is the iwise detectors and Lumin8 bells . Dont think we ever had issues with iwise detectors, but as we lost in faith in the other stuff we have stayed away. We current use m series and veritas, but i have pushed for premier and me and another eng are going to play with one with the idea being we will replace the m series with a large prem. We use tex bells as well! My fav detector to date is optex if im honest
norman Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 I think the Optex has a special place in every engineers heart, great being able to walk test listening for the ping of the relay. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
sjsturner Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Yea lol Thats true Got to admit ive got honeywell dt's in my house and they have been great too
james.wilson Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 We use optex and hkc detection now, moved away from honeywell securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
