crabacle Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 This alarm lets you program in groups of zones as a setting - eg when going to bed omit landing and just set the rest - I know that tis can be done by doing 'omit zone set' but how does one set a program please? - I cannot find tis in the manual anywhere. Thanks
james.wilson Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 programming of part set groups is an installer function, you wont find it in the user manual. But im not sure if the xl supported part sets. The xm didnt securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
crabacle Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 (edited) It does do it - as it was set - but lost this weekend when everything went off. Any ideas how to set them up please? Edited October 19, 2008 by crabacle
james.wilson Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 as fastcar says i dont thin it has part set groups, but either way you will need an install manual and the install code. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

hpotter Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Hi all can any one help me.I have the optima xl6 microprocessor and for some reason my 4 number code has now become a 7 number code ive tried to change the code back but its not having it. thanks ian I think what you'll find is you've changed your 4 digit code and it's within the 7 digits you are pressing to set/unset your system. Without defaulting (or getting an engineer) try and set system 1 digit at a time and as soon as it starts bleeping you'll know it was the previous 4 digits (might be worth writing them down before starting). Those last 4 digits will be your new code!
barbel10 Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Thank you so much hpotter saved me getting a beating off my wife and neighbours lol ian
polymers Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 I see that you emailed a copy of the user maunaul for an Optima XL6 Alarm to another formum member. Is it possible you could do the same for me? Thankyou
