its not an old panel, I installed it in February and it had only been in our stores for a week or so.

OK will check but i think what you are seeing may have been reported as bugs already. I will check and come back, will be monday though as i have no access to the server at the moment.

What firmware is in the panel?

is there matrix of which version can be undated to which version of firmware ?(old prems)

I am at the office now, was speaking with my man in tech and he is testing, one ting I have noticed is you are using the wrong command for disarm, it should be darm not disarm, can you try that

i also spoke to technical today and they said it is a known issue with this firmware :(

he said a replacement firmware release is due out shortly to fix this issue. so for now, as a workaround. i've mapped the output to zone 24 (unused) omitted, with a 10 sec pulse.

that way, i can omit the zone, and then unomit the zone to reset the output.
