You can default just the eng code on it, no need to default the whole panel.

That is unless you managed to code lock it without knowing

If you mean allow engineer access then enter engineer code, yes.

If you've locked engineer code in your initial programming then you've got a problem.

I'm sure I set it up so the master can change the engineer code is this possible?

Ok I've got he instructions to reset the code. How do I actually short out the pins. And be still powered does that mean mains?
