Derek Foote Posted February 20, 2021 Posted February 20, 2021 There is no mention of changing triggers in the Accenta engineer's manual. Quote
james.wilson Posted February 20, 2021 Posted February 20, 2021 First off you need to get to a know state. I'd disconnect your triggers and meter what they do when. Maybe a picture of the current wiring etc before you disconnect Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

All that happened was that the speech dialler instantly went in to the dialling sequence. So it means it was correct in first place What is your trigger connected to? I think you have trigger on the set terminal when it should be connected to the bell - minus trigger , it will dial when bell triggers Quote
Derek Foote Posted February 21, 2021 Posted February 21, 2021 I have taken some photos of the wiring, I hope this helps to understand what I have done. Photo 1, overall view of the Accenta G4 panel Photo 2, Outside box connection on panel Photo 3, connection to outside box Photo 4, connection of speech dialler on panel Photo 5, connection to speech dialler Photo 6 wiring diagram for outside box as shown in Accents manual Photo 7 wiring diagram for speech dialler as shown in speech dialler manual Photo 8 connection of keypad on panel Photo 9 connection to key panel Quote

As James said , take all the triggers off , and as I said before , your using the set terminal which is a hassle on a dialler Just use one trigger and connect it to the bell trig 5 hours ago, Derek Foote said: I have just looked at what i have sent and it looks like they have not been sent in the sam order that i loaded them. will try and sort them out. al-yeti Posted February 21, 2021 Posted February 21, 2021 Ip1 to trig on panel I can't work out your pictures lol you only need to look at bell connections on ala panel and inputs on the dialler if everything else is connected ok Quote

james.wilson Posted February 21, 2021 Posted February 21, 2021 Go back to disconnecting. Remove all from the panel to the dialler apart from 1 trigger. As al-yeti and I have said. This stuff does work, I wouldn't use pstn but that's a later subject. Remove ALL triggers but 1 Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
