matthew.brough Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 When I originally put them up there my poor FTTC connection at home got it's upload capabilities tested. The full lot is around 140Gb and when so many users tried to pull them down it kept it at max upstream for a few weeks www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
sixwheeledbeast Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 No harder than stealing keys + fob! Difference is you know when your fob/keys are missing, so can take action. Also many will use the same code for all sorts like chip and pin number etc, so putting pin numbers in web browser is bad idea IMO. Also as CG points out, pins are easier to crack. For example encrypt 8 numbers in DES. If "hacker" knows they are only numbers (ie PIN code) this could be cracked in minutes, whereas alphanumeric cracking would take a lot longer.
