Max has worked ie prox since v1.25

sounds like a different issue mate

Indeed it has. 1993-94 ish?

Saying that I seen to remember some issue in sending confirms in early v4 software where if you set/unset with key prox either the confirm didn't get sent or it was delayed. A long time ago now. 2003 ish when classic bit the dust?

Sounds lik a KP issue as I've programmed it but no arm/disarm + want a high version so I don't get stuck with anything else I do later and I will probably never get a change to upgrade again.

Hopin Pm 's are up now.

Hope I get an chip sorted, to future proof things as well as i'm always adding and expanding.

Do you know what version support SMS over PSDN, I've got a dialler board to install as well yet?

Comms mod needs to be v5 and above, tho its unreliable anyway better off with a speech dialler..

Thanks guy's,

dimension is too much for me at the moment as I've been in an accident at work (fellow security systems service engineer) since April and so in debt as you can imagine.

@goncall, I look into a speech dialler at some point.

Btw, anyone know where I can get the engineers installers manual for the 8/16/60/500 etc.. in pdf, as mine is showing it's age, few pages lost?

To be honest you are better off just buying a G2-12 or 20 etc.

Plenty about and very cheap, that way you can know its all working correctly for years to come.

The Classic is now too old.

Plus the onboard batt has probably died too.

Thanks for the honesty Paul,

Things do seem to be working fine albeit the aforementioned quirks, however I would like to get a new controller in the form of a G2/G3 but not at this time as financially not doable.
