timmo66 Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Our place uses mentor's cash for windows. I dont use it but these guys will be able to tell you more about it.
Scotmod Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Cash is brilliant, but it comes at a cost and to get all of the decent modules will cost considerable money and time learnt on how to run and maintain it.
datadiffusion Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Looks obviously less alarm specific, but far better written than AM - is it just as 'good' at things like quotes, pro forma letters etc... Based on the fact I can't even get my demo copy of AM to generate a Word letter, that is. Edit - OK, looks like you can add alarm modules... But are they as comprehensive as AM looks? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
PSE Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Based on the fact I can't even get my demo copy of AM to generate a Word letter, that is. Have you installed the drivers file from their website to run office integration, it also only runs on 32bit version of office. I had same issue as you, they remotes in to fix it and it works great

datadiffusion Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Its dearer than full fat AM I presume then? Have you installed the drivers file from their website to run office integration, it also only runs on 32bit version of office. I had same issue as you, they remotes in to fix it and it works great Its 32 bit, I did spot that, but no not knowingly installed drivers, will have a look at that in the week. Ta. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
matthew.brough Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 I think the named cash after a pre-requisite of you need a lot of it to be a customer. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
datadiffusion Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 But its a UTC product Matt, shurely worth every penny Were they bought out by UTC or spun off from in-house software? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
