ChrisMurphy Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 Alarms are a grudge purchase Biggest problem with our industry 30 years of experience, ssaib approved family business. We have a very long list of clients that we are very proud chose to use us. We have never bought out any other company or forced anyone to use us. All of our customers are free to leave us whenever they wish, yet very few ever have. This is down to the fact that we always put our best into every job. http://alarmguard.co.uk

Alarms are a grudge purchase Biggest problem with our industry I suspect even more difficult for a company like yours to try and sell them www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
datadiffusion Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 im saying would you as a consumer choose what brand of kit was being offered. if you dont care it would be price and id suppose you would buy risco/pyronix or texecom as the cheapest gear. or would you prefer a brand you have heard of, ie siemens? Funny thing was I tried to get into Siemens last time around, in Bath of all places where kitchens and utility rooms frequently had £5ks worth of their products... Customers chose the 9651 bells only quote over the Siemens quote every time. I'm not saying I made all the right choices back then, and have a very different business model now, but suffice to say I was very surprised, I chose Siemens then for all the reasons you are advocating now and the very people I thought would care, didn't. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
james.wilson Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 Alarms are a grudge purchase Biggest problem with our industry why, i dont agree that is the biggest problem. imo we offer the wrong product securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
ChrisMurphy Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 You say to average woman would you like new kitchen for 1k or a really nice kitchen for 2k 99% would choose nice kitchen.. as for intruder cctv fire..... As long as it works they would normally choose the lowest cost.... Don't think there is much anyone can do about that, it's the nature of the product. it's not a fun thing to be using. 30 years of experience, ssaib approved family business. That £29 was just a guess by the way, and why I like my £18 unlimited everything with free Lumia on O2 So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
