benson13
Evening all! I have just installed a texecom 12w panel and I am having problems when I start to set the alarm with one of the wireless sensors, it says zone 10 preventing setting even though its not in an active state . Also the wireless sensors dont seem to activate once the alarms set .... any ideas? Thanks.

matthew.brough
I'm afraid not, it is a new panel and I have had a couple of issues myself and I just don't have the expertise with Texecoms panels as we are testing the 12-w ourselves. There may be others here who are far more up on Texecom gear and use it regularly. You've certainly not bought a pup though, Tex is nice gear www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/

benson13
Yea IIknow they go to sleep for a while, any way of reducing though? zone 10 is secure but it still prevents settting.. I have programmed its every way possible. Its a pretty cool panel but just having a few teething issues. Thanks guys .. possibly a faulty sensor.we have emailed texecom.
