Pictures are far too good to be Swann (but still not exactly awe inspiring...)

Having been on a very recent factory tour of a supplier, I now know who makes the maplin 'other' brand (not the swann one, the sentient brand) in the stores.

 

The pallets full of sentient branded packaging in the warehouse gave the game away..........

 

So the sentient branded stuff isn't bad, however they seem to only supply the cameras, baluns, and cable, not the dvrs.

 

I have seen the full size swann cameras in some maplins (almost although the staff have been installing themselves), and one lovely one with the ring of infra red leds, in an external housing at one store. I wonder what the view is at night .......

I wouldn't touch Swann or Sentinent,  Quality is Shat, Pictures are pooh, manuals are written in Chinglish
