arfur mo Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 imho engineer access while system is armed is foolhardy, you might make an innocent intentional adjustment and trigger the system into alarm. Noe thr client might be out for a meal or away 6 weeks on a safari - no access and system effectively out of order leaving you with your pants down. i'm a big fan of UDL, BUT access without the client on site is an absolute no! no! If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
