sw46 Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Hi fellas, I don't suppose anybody out there has got a phone number for tech have they? The website is down at the moment and I have a bit of an issue logging on a weigand reader. Many thanks
scannyman Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 I do not have a number but I do know that Impro stuff is supported by BPT in the UK if that helps!
datadiffusion Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Yup the BPT web link just goes back to the one thats down, though! Surely worth a call though OP? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
Cubit Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Yup the BPT web link just goes back to the one thats down, though! Surely worth a call though OP? Speaking of BPT !!!!!
datadiffusion Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Lol. how's it going!? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
Cubit Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Lol. how's it going!? Crock of sh1t. Died again yesterday. Only obvious, or at least simple way, to revive it is to do a complete software system renew/setup. Seems to have exact same probs you saw on the demo. Everyone seems to be pretending/hoping the system will just magically disappear and all will be well. Fraid not, not at this particular location.
sw46 Posted January 24, 2014 Author Posted January 24, 2014 guys, had a "universal" (aka doesnt fit **** all) fob reader on a system, the existing impro reader works fine but the new one doesn't work. Apparently it may be reading the fob code in a different order. rboth readers are 26 bit. The Impro stuff seems to be really nice apart from this problem.
