timmo66 Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 I receive emails to my work inbox for two different email addresses, can I assume then that I can send from two different addresses too? If so, how do I choose between the two?

If so, how do I choose between the two? Yes Create the two accounts in Outlook, then for sending, simply highlight the relevant account and when you create new email it will default the sender from the highlighted account. Alternatively, simply click new email then you have the option to change sender as the 'from' box will have a drop down option
datadiffusion Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 Just bear in mind that changing 'sent from' addresses alone can cause some over cautious email servers to reject email... I have been the victim of this a few times. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
