james.wilson Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 is that a hdmi next vga and a usb under the ethernet? Yes is it linux based dvr? Yes are the files avi an playable in vlc media player?, Yes can be exported native or avi. is there only room an sata ports for 1 hdd. There is only space for 1 hard drive inside, either 3.5 or 2.5. But you can add a usb external drive too. is it correct that the max hdd size is 3 tb I dont know, ive only tested myself to 2 Tb but will be testing 4 Tb theres no rush but if the remaining stock sell will you be getting more in soon? The 4 ways have been very popular and has limited stock. datadiffusion Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 I'm not James (obv!) but I say yes because you just need 4 x BNC leads to connect to the dvr. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
james.wilson Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Yeah should be fine. Just don't mix and match baluns from different manufacturers. Also if you ever plan on upgrading to hdsdi then you will need coax. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
