might well be the remedy, i just have this overriding need to make sure, guy might change his panel and end of problem, but what if it's not but a simple insufficient bias problem, output not going fully over to turn off the strobe, could also be a faulty replacement bell?

he ain't not going to be overly happy is he? having changed it out ti have the same problem, he will likely think we are collectively all a bunch of idiots.

He won't think had he called in an engineer to check and before replaced if its needed, which is best advice, simply because he could have got a year, or even a 3 year warranty from one of us ;).

already said we don't ever argue with you - i follow forum rule 2 which states 'if boss is wrong refer to rule 1' ;).
