The Worst Alarm System

Is there really one?

Most of it comes down to lack of knowledge or understanding from the installer.

Some hate Galaxy, some hate Premier etc, its mostly because they have been sent to take over one and try and understand it in an hour.

Visonic Powermax, stupid talking, stupid manual, stupid panel

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

The Sterling 10. Awful panel!

QFA we called them the **** 10.

The demo one in the office had the banner message changed to "i am a **** 10 turn me off"

As Paul P says. I hated them.

Small panels from pyronix at that time were terrible.

Did they not have a matrix panel?

Pyronix Paragon Why make a secret code to get out of engineer ???

Another terrible panel Peter.

For a modern ish type panel, id deffo go with the sterling 10, had a mind of its own.

ADE not far behind them though.

I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

Still have a lot of ADE including the optima 2+ going strong. It was always the dud batteries that sent them to the skip with charging problems.

Customers hate an upgrade as the keypad was so long and showed holes in wall and no wallpaper as the decorator papered round them.
