datadiffusion
Surely the OP must know the overall grade of the system? Just because someone chose a G3 contact for one door doesn't mean the system is G3 does it? I sometimes fit a DT that just happens to be G3 to a domestic if it suits the job. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
arfur mo
I'm playing safe, this is a relatively inexperienced engineer, it's s cincealed contact so recessed with sltrady short cables. That restricts access, snd so increases the ridk of the hot gas fumes scorching the inners. That is why s low wattage iron without hot fumes is better But hey, what the heck do i know? If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
norman
I also used gas all the time without issue. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
