datadiffusion Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: I would like to personally thank your engineer and yourselves for the prompt response and repair of my Burglar Alarm. After my Burglar Alarm had been tampered with by a BT engineer I called you in the vain hope of it being able to be repaired [...] and a clear example of a visit that would achieve a Net Promoter Score of 10 out of 10!! Thanks again, Surely if you genuinely thought BT broke your alarm / cut wires, you'd at least attempt to get BT to fix it?? A part of my old job as a sparks was repairs funded by the local cable installation co where cable damage had been alleged. Net Promoter WHAT?? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
