breff Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Bet it was a Menvier TS and it was a NIB The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
datadiffusion Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Bet it was a Menvier TS and it was a NIB The thing that let you wire a node 1km away using telephone wire? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
breff Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Boosted up the data bus The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
datadiffusion Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Before the Cooper buyout, Menvier had some pretty 'out there' ideas for security... So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
lamplight73 Posted April 24, 2014 Author Posted April 24, 2014 james wilson just a photo taken on my phone, can't find a way to upload here! will keep trying, really need to know what this device is! I think Breff has it. Menvier TS, we were upgrading. Whats a nib?
sixwheeledbeast Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 Menvier TS, we were upgrading. Whats a nib?Yep it will be a NIB then. "Network Interface Board" It is used to boost the data lines so you can run nodes and keypad long distances. There will be a Tx and Rx. node 1km away?I thought it was more like 3km
