Did you get any response Eddie? I'm after the customer manual if possible, or failing that does anyone know how to program the second user code?

Hey did you ever get this?

I just moved into a house and want to change the alarm code.

I have the old one, but so do the old people

All I can see on the Control Panel is Horizon Itec.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

cheers,

Hi,

do you have any more pages from this manual. I have an Aritetech Horizon control panel. As we have building work going on in the house I needed to disable the alarm and did so by entering the engineers code. However now I don't have the instructions on how to re-enable the alarm back (i.e. go back to normal operation). A copy of the manual would be great, but I'd settle for just the instructions on how to get it back into normal operation.

Unfourntunately my installer is no longer in business, and I haven't yet made an arrangement with a new installer. In the mean time would it be a problem for me to get the instructions on how to go from engineers mode to normal mode again ?

I'm sorted now. I got the info that I needed from the Security Panels site & the alarm is now back in action. Now all I need to do is find a new installer.
