Hi,

I've been hunting high and low for something that meets my needs, but I can't seem to find one.  Hoping someone on here night me able to help.

Here's my requirement:

Wired alarm (I hate having to keep changing PIR and door contact batteries)

Remote control

2 PIR sensors

2 door contacts

wired ethernet connection - I want to be able to configure emailed alarm notifications

IP camera configured to record to my LAN server on alarm activation (not to an SD card or cloud service).

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Nick

Nothing off the shelf but any wired alarm can trigger an email and recording to a separate ip camera, but i cant think of a worse strategy for signalling alarm activation other than carrier pigeon.

still wont email without a 3rd party

SelfMon will email - at least, the website says it will. No doubt GalaxyGuy will be able to confirm this.

Selfmon is galaxy guys monitoring platform for skin flints that won't buy the services of a proper arc

Selfmon meets the needs for a growing group of customers/installers who want a low cost form of signalling which also benefits from hourly path integrity checks and remote keypad control over IP.

My own experiences of approved / proper ARC response have left me thinking that it's a complete rip off.
