What if they come to work in Jeans or track suit bottoms? :)

all workwear should be company supplied and any ra carried out imo,if say engineer wore his own workwear without company approval and ends up in an accident say his trousers get caught on machinery etc who's to blame..same with boots etc

Well if the machine did a good enough job at least there would be nothing left of the employee so he couldn't put in a claim. very cloud . . . . :)

If any of mine turn up without their boots on, They're sent home to get them.... Simple as that

 

They will be the first one to nail your ass to the wall when they have their toes off .... Sod that,  its non negotiable

i dont see it that way, i dont supply suits to sales, nor shoes to office staff.

what if sales go to sites where ppe is mandatory...they need boots hi vis etc,its all about ra
