Hello poeple

Need to clear the NVM on the above panel and attempted this by pressing reset twice within 5 seconds of power up. Didn't work.

I have been told that I need to get a code from ADE is this correct? and what is the procedure?

Thanks in advance

Hi Nobby,

If you are in the trade and join the trade section someone will help you.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

No you dont need a code from ADE , but the procedure you are following is for another make of control panel.

Why do you need to clear the NVM if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks for your reply

I am a spark and do lot of maintenance work for a property management company. One of their tenants has done a moonlight flit and not left the user code.

I am not too familiar with this panel.

if it's the old type, try puting a link between the odd pa leg and set+, power up and remove the link - might work?

if its the new Accenta mini G3 panel the old way of defaulting it pushing set twice dosent work any more but the other way dos still work by linking the two also the info you have put on how to default the panel in not allowed on the fourm

Thanks for the replies and the suggestions.

I'll fax ADE in the morning and see what they can do. If they can't help I'll replace it with a Texecom. I know what i.m doing with them :D . Thanks anyway
