Can't see why they couldn't issue them , does depend how quick the arc and CSL could get the account ready do csl still close at 5 tho,i carry a red secure for temp signalling,set up in less than 5 mins on radio only if needed ive still got my trusty sa scanny digi ive had for 10 yrs thats served me well if all else fails
