MrHappy Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 (edited) project- 12v - 5v 50p ebay tat pcb, jumpers removed & flyleads soldiered on, tested then put in old iD biscuit box, gobbed over with hot melt glue glue has cured opaque but electronics now kick out 12v, bugger... Otherwise I just look out for SWA kits on ebay that are near sell-by date. Got a load of 3M ones lately, £1 a pop! They were for some obscure fibre joint, just opened up all the boxes and binned the odd y-shaped plastics. Odd y shape plastics were for separating fibres to diff trays not that is of much use to know lol Quote

Not all resins protect electronics there some made to conduct electricity , packet would have said normally or data sheet Quote
