datadiffusion Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 @swb Too much salt in Oxo cube. Mind you, it was good enough for pre 1995 squaddies... (it was in ration packs) So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
AdamAlarm Posted September 24, 2014 Author Posted September 24, 2014 Beef Drink?....No, you do hotchoc or don do it at all. I am getting tired of trying to educate you heathens....And, no i have no idea what this thread is about, but i am still waiting for the morons from Dell to pick up. Its like being employed by the council, done one hours work and 7 hours hotchoc and sandwiches....waiting.....waiting.....waiting.....
norman Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 I like you Adam Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
AdamAlarm Posted September 25, 2014 Author Posted September 25, 2014 Monday failed to pick up, when guaranteed to, wednesday failed to pick up when guaranteed to twice, now friday pick up. Don't tell me dell are a good company. Apple can do this incredibly well and so can most other companies, individuals from ebay, Yet!, the great dell cannot. Garbage. Buy one, have a problem and see where you are then. NEVER BUY DELL!!!!
al-yeti Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Lenovo are Coolio for me, but cost more....
AdamAlarm Posted September 28, 2014 Author Posted September 28, 2014 Lenovo Thinkpad are really good. Prob is windows bloody 8. For business it is just too messy. Yes, they are expensive, but if i went PC again, i would get another thinkpad, bloody cool machines and not full of ****. I have a couple, desktop and laptop, they are built to last and last and last. Great computer. However, their cheaper ones are real cack.
al-yeti Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Yeah but there warranties actually work.... I load win7 lol
datadiffusion Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 I heard HP outsold Windows 7 downgrade capable PCs over Windows 8 only ones last quarter? And got an angry call from MS. I'm sure they told them where to go. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
matthew.brough Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 No idea what the hatred to windows 8 is apart from the lazy users not being bothered to learn the new ui. We use it and the server equivalent - Windows Server 2012 and both are perfectly fine. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
