I removed the personal panic alarm (located at the front door), by switching off the power supply and removing the cable associated with this device from the alarm panel This was 4 cable connections to points 1, 2, 13 & 14 on the PCB. Switched the power on and now I have the power and the attack lights on but nothing else. I've tried entering engineering program mode but the keypad no longer appears to be responding (no bleep!).

I've had a look at the manual and it only says that it has gone to a lockout position ??

Looking at the PCB layout, position 13 & 14 are labelled "attack" so i guess this is the root cause of my problem, my guess is that I should have something wired through these even if I'm not wanting to connect the personal panic alarm

any ideas
