al-yeti Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 Hi, is there a fix for the onboard keypad, has a small ribbon type board flat thing whatever u call it, moving it seems to allow buttons to work
Lwillis Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 Replace the panel. They are obsolete are some models have an issues with overcharging the battery. I'd reccomemd a texecom veritas 8 as a replacement for a similar model.
james.wilson Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 idd have to check but the optima compact is the same size board, id just wonder about the keys, they were round on the xl? securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

RichL Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 You used to be able to unclip the ribbon from its plug and reseat the ribbon to cure this termination issue. Might be worth a look.
