Guest steve Posted August 14, 2003 Posted August 14, 2003 hi, my company has just taken over loads of abacus panels, but they forgot to give us training they say we can work it out , but with no manuals it is a bit tricky all i know how to do is crash the thing to get my eng number in there. The thing is it sounds stupid but how do you wire the things, some have three wire some have four. what is the resistance ment to be on a zone?? Can you help me?
Guest steve Posted August 17, 2003 Posted August 17, 2003 Thank you for that help the reistance of the circuits should help me out now. Is there a quicker way to reset them without having to go to set system and then get the number from the display. Is there not a reset opt6ion in there somehere?
abbz Posted August 17, 2003 Posted August 17, 2003 what u have to watch out for on abacus panels is that the eng function may be locked out ie when u get to 4=eng it just returns to menu, if this is the case u need customer code to get u into eng mode, when prompted to enter engineer code press no and panel will give u option to unlock eng mode.
paul fae kings Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 useful info that stumped me last time,ie engineer lock out.too used to galaxys
