dan1234 Posted December 24, 2014 Author Posted December 24, 2014 I have tried al channels and they are all the same, and yes it is set to pal. The shop are going to pick it up with my camera and see what's wrong, I will let you know the out come. Quote
dan1234 Posted December 24, 2014 Author Posted December 24, 2014 Does anyone think it could be **** cable???? I purchased a pre-made 10m length of cctv cable with video and power, could this be causing this issue??? Quote
al-yeti Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 Could be camera then or Dvr , because analogue output does not confirm both outputs necessarily working Or it could be Dvr , this is the issue you have limited amount of equipment to test with Hopefully shop can identify problem , which shop? Maplins? Quote
dan1234 Posted December 24, 2014 Author Posted December 24, 2014 No it was from a company on the internet, link to dvr and company is earlier in the thread. Quote
al-yeti Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 Ah sorry thought you got cam from somewhere else Quote
dan1234 Posted December 29, 2014 Author Posted December 29, 2014 Turns out it was poor quality coax, I used a bnc to bnc connector to connect the camera straight to the dvr and it was fine. can anyone recommend some good coax? I have been told to use belden cable? No run will be longer than 25-30mtrs. Â Thanks Dan Quote
