Hi all, 

 

I am just wondering what people use for their day to day business software. 

 

I am looking at options now for a distribution side of business. 

 

Important to me are - 

 

  • Stock inventory and automatic stock control. 
  • Client account database
  • Supplier account database
  • Ability to set up discounts and net pricing for clients on items from the stock inventory. 
  • Quotes which are convertible to orders. 
  • Invoicing and prompting when payment is due. 
  • Paypal/Credit Card integration. 
  • Purchase orders

All that amongst a million other features. 

 

I am hoping there is something cloud based out there on a monthly subscription and I am not a fan of Sage!
