stelmo Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Hi Folks Ive purchased a small Gent Nano panel for replacing a dated system in my old house and im having difficulty getting into engineer mode. Can I reset this thing to default settings somehow? Im beginning to think its somewhat a waste of money if I need a Gent installer to commission it for me danny
datadiffusion Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Not sure about defaulting but its an all-keypad programmable system AFAIK. Must be a large house? Not worth paying someone? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
stelmo Posted February 11, 2015 Author Posted February 11, 2015 I have the customer code as 0000, so im assuming the engineer access is also the default, but I have no idea what that is, Gent seem to keep everything but the customer manual under lock and key I live in the far north of Scotland, long way from any authorised installer Its only a 16 zone system, quite small unit
