bellman Posted October 9, 2004 Posted October 9, 2004 It would have been easier for him to go to an electrical shop and buy a DIY panel like the texecom complete with manuals. Eng summed this up in the comment he made regarding the Gal manual, it tells you what it does, NOT how to do it (like the texecom). norman Posted October 9, 2004 Posted October 9, 2004 anyone else get //.B.W.F.// off when you see diagrams of how to wire up a contact in a panel eng manual (scantronic 9448 for example)? 26638 No, I refer to it daily. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

Guest madman75 Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Please do not put the defaulting methods in the public forum 26844 After studying the manual, i found it almost too easy to reset the system. With this knowledge, it would be possible to reset the system and disarm it, withing a matter of seconds. (with a little knowledge ahead) This kind of information shouldn't be "on the streets". I understand now, what the problem is, you guys have on distributing the engineer-manual. !
norman Posted October 25, 2004 Posted October 25, 2004 Yes, but I always install the end station under the floorboards surrounded by rat traps for that little something extra. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
