al-yeti Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Rubber seal inside , remove it and allows beading to be taken off depends on Windows though Quote
Adi Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 Seen one of those where the fitter put the beading on the outside... oh dear... Original upvc windows were made/designed with the beading external, i suppose it was easier for the fitters. Then after a few years mr burglar realised the beading could be removed and then sealed unit removed. But by then, thousands, if not millions of windows had been installed. Quote I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
james.wilson Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 all windows were externally glazed, but wood ones used putty etc. My wood ones are externally glazed and beaded but they are from 1901 Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

datadiffusion Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 This was on a late 1990s house but we believe the lounge window was a diy / **** replacement as all the others had internal plastic beading Quote So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
