On the tools you could be slating co to subs, programming stuff off & changing codes.

You would never dream of doing that, however your more supervised tidying the stores up.

Doubt there's a weeks work in it, plod thought it with a smile

I doubt its anything personal, business is business ;)

Last time I handed notice in, it was a months notice I had to give.

Handed it notice at 0830 Monday morning, was sent to a booked PMV and by the time I got back to the office I was told to go home.

Heard similar stories over the years so wouldn't worry too much about it.

1 week and change of career got no issues with boss or staff will miss it just want to change..

A member on here left a previous company and caused issues with programming and leaving battery links open etc.

What you mean ?

I mean I wouldn't take it personally, they need to be seen to protect their customers.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

You are getting paid, its summertime, go and sit on the beach for a few weeks (If you live near a beach) theres plenty I could find to do. I'm looking forward to my retirement

I'm not getting paid being at home I've requested I resume my role but been refused

 

They have to pay you your notice its the law

They are doing peter, to work in the stores rather than out on the road.
