Solution Engineer for Vindex Systems progressing to Senior Solutions Engineer. Turning my hand to anything from small domestic security to MOD sites with full integrations. Now I am now Working for FarrSec Ltd who are a small subcontracting company that pride themselves on grafting, taking pride and passion in there jobs. Yes, I would imagine there are advantages to ADT too like if the surveyor totally underquotes the job, it won't affect the quality of the finished installation as the guys are getting paid whatever, or perhaps I am being naive. charlie6 Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 (edited) ADT (American District Telegraph) is probably the oldest surviving company in security, set up in 1871 with less than a dozen central stations...youngsters probably know them by the more familiar term ARC's...and that info is not from wikipaedia !!
