Legin76 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) Hi Fuse/bat. Fault On Eurosec Cpx. I've checked all the fuses and they appear to be ok so I think it needs a new battery. The current one has been there a long time. The issue I'm having is that every hour, on the hour the internal sounder goes off day and night with the Fuse/bat. Fault message. I've got an engineer coming on Tuesday but until then I can't have it going off all the time. Is there a way I can stop or silence it? I have the engineers manual and code but can't work out what I need to do. Edited August 21, 2015 by Legin76 Quote
Hillbilly Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 Put the panel into engineer mode and leave it until sorted. Quote
charlie6 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 The installer has programmed this feature, I would advise not to touch the panel until the engineer calls to change the battery. Isn't there an engineer who can call today or tomorrow ? Tuesday is not good enough. Do you have a copy of the user instructions ? Quote
james.wilson Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 I expect it's not on a support contract so Tuesday seems ok to me Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
norman Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 Tuesday is exceptional if not on contract imo, most would just give a dial tone... Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
