JasonOfOz Posted August 27, 2015 Author Posted August 27, 2015 Sorry to be boring and bring this back to topic..but I've got 24 hours to get things right and so would like your thoughts on site documentation. I know there is a requirement to have the site logs next to the panel. I even know what it's there for. However, it's quite old fashioned and so rather than keeping handwritten notes that are only left on site, we are starting use a tablet based system that keeps a record on electronic file for anyone visiting site. Also a copy is sent to the client electronically after each visit. Does anyone know if this will be acceptable? Also, not all of our clients take on a service or maintenance contract - so does this mean they don't need a service log book as we only respond to reactive call-outs? Quote
