datadiffusion Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Does anyone remember those ludicrously biassed 'cost of two wire vs conventional systems' comparisons in trade mags where they used to quote 'EOL units' at £150 each for the conventional price? mountianrider Posted January 3, 2016 Author Posted January 3, 2016 How can CVI / TVI be analogue is using coax but sdi is digital using coax? Quote
PeterJames Posted January 3, 2016 Posted January 3, 2016 SDI came along and then someone found a way to improve it they called it CVI Thats the problem with technology just a soon as you buy a 3D 60inch top of the range Samsung TV they will bring out a 4K version you buy that then they bring out the curved screen version, and so on. james.wilson Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 It's just a signal. Like tv, you can send analogue and digital down a coax Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
