Hi,

I have a Visonic Powermax Pro alarm system and some days ago the lcd display of the control unit is getting the error "S01 inattività" and the warning led (yellow) is active.

When I click on the button of the control unit to display furthers details, it seems there is not a specific reason of that.

I can enable and disable the alarm.

When I try to troubleshoot in the diagnostic menu, powermax control unit says for each sensor area "Non OK", but there is not any Low battery message displayed.

When I exit from the menu, the warning led of the control unit disappears.

The day after, in the first hours of the morning, the warning led appears again.

Is there any way to disable this warning led in this case?

Thank You very much for helping!

S01 is a fault with the external sounder.

Do You mean the external alarm?

S01 error is soo generic as message :shy:

I verified by diagnostic menu, I can see the error "Not Ok" for sensors. Usually when batteries are down system displays this information on the display and call my phone.

I also verified the external alarm named "S1" and says "Not Ok", do You mean could be that the problem?

When I access to installer menu and after I log off, the warning led disappear and appear the day after again

Thanks!
