breff Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 As mentioned earlier by RichL, shocks are a better idea, also cheaper!! Thats why I've got them on my bathroom windows, mount them halfway up the window though condensation collects most at the top and bottom. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
Adi Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Out of interest, how often do you use shocks on windows in domestic installations? I personally dont use them due to looks and hiding the cable. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
Brian c Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I find they can be quite discreet, but they can be a ballache to cable for. If you don't know......ask.
Adi Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Thats one way of putting it. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
