Basson Irb1 Ptz

Hi all,

 

inherited a system with a non fully functioning Basson Irb1-ptz, needs setting up better and setting up to a new dvr or fresh dvr, has anyone got a manual etc, other info to assist in setting it up, Basson not too interested in helping on used existing kit.

 

its currently only panning and tilting only,  good picture. ir works on camera only,

 

any assistance greatly  appreciated.

Why basson not interested, is it because they want bigger companies only or something?

its fitted, well was, removed and on my bench, classed as second hand unit to them ,  very little help really , but just small fry to them... understandable i guess, but most companies do try to help in any product market place if its one of theirs, asked for a pdf , no replied on last request. Thought I would try on here, shame its half working,  panning, tilting but need the spec its best set up for. hell i'll pay for the right guy to sort it if its so secret!

Don't make sense , I assume your not in trade so there not willing to help ? Or they just rubbish at tech support

maybe its goosed, if its panning and tilting and not zooming.

I know something is missing,  the settings ... right protocol etc .. any suggestions folks?
